Sally's
love for the art and beauty of stained glass has been her
driving force for many years. She started glass crafting in
1988 and after a few months her hobby quickly turned into a
lifestyle. She has now been creating professional pieces of
stained glass for more than 20 years. Nine of those years she worked
at a stained glass center where she taught classes, and
created commission pieces. She was also a consultant to customers on their
projects which allowed her to share and express her creative
ability.
In
1997, she decided to open her own business, Sally's Stained
Glass, in her Anderson Township, Ohio home. Sally's work ranges
from something as decorative as a suncatcher to beautiful
and intricate window panels, transoms, sidelights and church
windows. Some of her other stained art glass includes decorative
mirrors, cabinet doors, lamps, nightlights, stepping stones,
three dimensional pieces, and of course, beveled glass which
makes any art glass more radiant. Her concentration on
design, color and technique make her work an everlasting
piece of fine art.
Sally
is a member of the Ohio Arts & Crafts Guild, and The Art Glass Association.
